EV Charger Installation for Tesla, Ford, GM, Rivian & More

Tesla Wall Connectors and universal Level 2 chargers. Full workflow — panel-load calc, permit, install, inspection. HOA-friendly.

What this covers

EV Charger Installation in Broward & Palm Beach

EV chargers look simple. The pull is real work: sizing the circuit for your panel, cutting the run, drilling the wall, mounting the unit, and getting a permit + inspection. Do it right and you charge at 40+ miles per hour without tripping breakers. Do it wrong and you either don't get full charge speed or you cause a slow-cook overheat in the panel. We do it right.

What's included

  • Panel load calculation (are you upgrade-first, or does the panel have room?)
  • Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint, Wallbox, Grizzl-E installs
  • Universal J1772 Level 2 installs (Ford, GM, Rivian, Hyundai, VW compatible)
  • 60A dedicated circuit installation (14kW / 48A charging where the vehicle supports it)
  • Permit and county electrical inspection
  • HOA / condo association package (letter of scope, insurance cert)
  • Load-shedding retrofit if the panel is already at max capacity

When to call us

You bought an EV and it comes with a wall charger

The charger is the easy part. Getting a proper 240V 50A circuit to it is where we come in.

You're renting a house and need HOA/landlord sign-off

We give you a formal letter of scope + our COI. The HOA typically approves within 30 days once they see it.

Your panel is already full

We can install a load-shedding device (DCC-9, DCC-10, or DCC-12) that lets you add a charger to a maxed-out panel without upgrading the service. Saves 3-5k vs a panel upgrade.

Common questions

How long does an install take?

Typical single-charger install: 3-5 hours if the panel is close to the parking spot. Longer runs (through attic, across garage, exterior) add time. We give a firm number before we start.

Do I need a permit?

Yes — EV chargers are permit-required in every Broward and Palm Beach jurisdiction we work in. We pull it in our name, you don't touch the permit portal.

Can I install a second charger later?

Yes, if we sized the panel with headroom. We design most installs to accommodate a second charger without repulling wire.
