It's telling you something. We use an amp clamp and a thermal camera to find whether it's an overload, a ground fault, or a failing breaker itself.
You have aluminum wiring
Not automatically dangerous, but connections corrode over time and cause overheating. We do COPALUM-approved pigtail conversions that resolve the insurance issue too.

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Yes — a modest trip-and-diagnose fee that we credit toward the repair if you have us do the work. That way we're not incentivized to find fake problems, and you're not paying for a guess.
Can you fix work another electrician did wrong?
Yes, all the time. Bring us in, we'll look, we'll tell you what needs to change, and we won't badmouth the previous guy in front of you. Then we fix it and warranty our part.
