Electrical for Kitchen, Bath, and Home Remodels
Kitchen circuits, bathroom GFCI, addition subpanels, ADU service. Coordinated with your GC and interior designer.
Electrical Remodels in Broward & Palm Beach
Remodels are where a good electrician earns their fee. Every added outlet, every recessed light, every new circuit has to fit code — and every one is a decision that affects how you use the space for the next 20 years. We work alongside your GC and designer at the planning stage so nothing gets missed, and we handle the code-update trap (older houses often need AFCI protection on any newly-modified circuit).
What's included
- Kitchen remodel: dedicated circuits for range, microwave, disposer, dishwasher, fridge, small-appliance circuits, under-cabinet lighting
- Bathroom remodel: GFCI + AFCI, dedicated 20A circuit, exhaust fan, vanity lighting, heated floor circuits
- Room addition: subpanel or extended circuits, load calc
- ADU / garage conversion: full electrical service (separate meter or shared)
- Whole-house lighting design collaboration with your designer
- Smart-switch and dimming compatible wiring pulls
- Old-house code updates for the modified circuits (AFCI, GFCI, tamper-resistant)
When to call us
You're planning a kitchen remodel and need the electrical spec
We meet with you and your designer, mark up the drawings, and give you a fixed price. Better than surprise change orders mid-project.
You're adding a room and don't know if the panel can handle it
We do a load calc. Usually the answer is 'yes, with a subpanel' — sometimes it's 'time for a service upgrade.' Either way, no guessing.
You're converting a garage into an ADU or office
Requires a permit, code-compliant egress lighting, dedicated circuits, and often a subpanel. We do the whole workflow.
Common questions
Do you work on remodels the same week I call?
Depends on the scope. Small stuff (add a circuit, install fixtures) usually within a week. Full kitchens or additions typically book 2-4 weeks out — call as early as you can in the planning process.
Do I need to update the whole house's wiring during a remodel?
No — only the circuits you're modifying need to come up to current code. That said, if we're already in the walls, sometimes it's cheap to do adjacent upgrades. We'll tell you what's worth doing and what isn't.
